1. What is the standard resolution for images made for the web?

72 dpi

2. What is the standard resolution for images made for print?

300 dpi

3. What 2 types of files should you always save, and what are their purposes?

- Working file: Photoshop file/PSD file:

The purpose of this file is to have a file where you can continue to work on your project. The reason you cannot just have one file is because the exported file cannot be changed once exported.

- Exported file/image: Could be a PNG, JPG, etc.

The purpose of this file is to have a finalized image that you could then post anywhere on the internet (social media). It is a standard form of imagery.
